God called Alberto back home on Thursday October 12, 2017 at the age of 86. He will be forever missed by his loving wife, Ida. Cherished by his dear children, Franco (Emanuella), Mirella (Pasquale Presta) and Roberto (Carla). Proud Nonno to Stefanie, Kristina (Matthew Corbesi), Mark (Anthony (Michelle), Jacqueline, Anthony and Michelle. He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Saturday October 14, 2017 from 6-9 p.m. and on Sunday October 15, 2017 from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday October 16, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. at St. David’s Roman Catholic Church (2601 Major Mackenzie Dr., east of Jane St.). Entombment to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens (on Albion Rd., at Hwy 27). If so desired, donations in memory of Alberto may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Alzheimer’s Society.
