God called Luis peacefully on October 1, 2017 at the age of 57. Beloved husband of Zelia. Loving father of Helio (Fatima) and Vanessa (Claudio Meira). Proud Avô of Angelina, Adrianna, Alyssia and Rodrigo. Dear brother of Antonio, Francisco, Vitor, Jose Manuel, Alberto and the late David. He will be sadly missed by many family and friends. Visitations will be held at the Vescio Funeral Home “Toronto Chapel” (2080 Dufferin St., north of Rogers Rd. 416.656.3332) on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at 9:45 am at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church (130 Bathurst St., at Portugal Square). Interment will take place at a later date in Portugal. In memory of Luis donations to the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
