God called Guerino on Wednesday August 9, 2017 at the age of 92. He will be forever missed by his loving wife, Rosina. Cherished by his dear children, Fiorina (Rosario Papa) and Giovanni. Proud Nonno to Nicholas (Katherine), Michael (Nicole), and Nancy (Paul Nasso). Beloved Bisnonno to Adrian, Julian, Damian, Sebastian, and Vivian. Guerino retired as a proud member of Local 183. He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends. A special thank you to all the staff and support of Hospice Vaughan, and Dr. Papini. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Friday August 11, 2017 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday August 12, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church (300 Ansley Grove Rd., north of Chancellor Dr.). Entombment to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens (on Albion Rd., at Hwy 27). If so desired, donations in memory of Guerino may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Hospice Vaughan.
