God called Salvatore peacefully on August 3, 2017 at the age of 72. He is now reunited in Heaven with his wife Angela. Cherished by his dear children, Frank (Silvia) and Anastasia (Francesco Signorelli). Proud Nonno to Angela, Ava, Nicholas, Samuel, Gabriel, and Giada. Salvatore will be always be remembered by his siblings Santo and Angela and in laws Pasquale (Maria), Francesco (Maria), and Vincenzo (Anastasia). Pre-deceased by his brother Vincenzo and brother in law Giuseppe and his wife Pierina. He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Monday August 7, 2017 from 5-9pm and Tuesday August 8, 2017 from 2-4 & 6-9pm. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday August 9, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church (100 Bainbridge Ave., off Martin Grove Rd.). Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (on Hwy 27, south of Hwy 7). Donations in memory of Salvatore may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Princess Margaret Foundation- Stem Cell Research Fund.
