God called Tony peacefully on Saturday July 29, 2017 at the age of 77. He will be forever missed by his loving wife, Graziella. Cherished by his dear children, Olimpia (Mario Vella), Bart (Rose) and Rocco (Alex). Proud Nonno to Cassandra (Felice Famiglietti), Melissa, Kristin, David, Courtney, Emily (fiancé Sean Harrigan), Jacob (Lauren). Antonio will be always be remembered by his brothers Lorenzo (Melva), Carlo (late Enza), late Nicola (Lucia) he is predeceased by his 2 brothers and 2 sisters in Italy; fondly remembered by his brother in laws the late Saverio (Franca) and Tom (Pierina) and by his sister in law Rose (late Joe). He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Monday July 31, 2017 from 2 – 4 and 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday August 1, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. at St. David’s Roman Catholic Church (2601 Major Mackenzie Dr., east of Jane St). Entombment to follow at Highland Memory Gardens (on Don Mills Rd., south of Steeles Ave). If so desired, donations in memory of Tony may be made to the Parkinson Society of Canada.
