God called Rosa peacefully on May 17, 2017 at the age of 67. She will be forever missed by her loving husband, Giuseppe. Cherished by her dear children Luca and Giuseppina. Proud grandmother to Leanna. Rosa will always be remembered by her siblings Lucia, Maria (Stefano Ippolito), Giovanna (Pasquale Iaquinta), Lina (Alfredo Rost), and Carmelo (Stefanos Papadakis). She is now reunited in Heaven with her brother in law Franco Ruggirello. She will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Monday May 22, 2017 from 2-4 & 6-9pm. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday May 23, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. at St. David’s Roman Catholic Church (2601 Major Mackenzie Dr., east of Jane St.). Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (on Hwy 27, south of Hwy 7). If so desired, donations in memory of Rosa may be made to the Sick Kids Foundation.
