God called Maria peacefully on April 15, 2017 at the age of 71. She is lovingly remembered by her husband, Antonio. Cherished by her dear children, Rosana (Alex-Tony Potito), Ricardo (Elise), Soraia “Sara” (Nick Tanco). Proud Nonna to Stephanie, Justin, Erick, Christina, Nicolina , Giorgio, Domenico and Roberto. Maria will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Tuesday April 18, 2017 from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday April 19, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Roch’s Roman Catholic Church (2889 Islington Ave., south of Steeles Ave.). Interment to follow at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (on Hwy 27., south of Hwy 7.)
