God called Franca peacefully on March 12, 2017 at the age of 87. She is lovingly remembered by her husband, Vincenzo of 65 years. Cherished by her dear children Paolo (Raffaela) and Claudio (Antonietta). Proud Nonna to Nicole (Saydu), Natalie, Daniela. Adoring great grandmother to Amira. Franca will always be remembered by her siblings Lucia, Luigi, Marisa and predeceased by Marino. She will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Tuesday March 14, 2017 from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday March 15, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Jane Frances Roman Catholic Church (2747 Jane St., north of Sheppard Ave.). Entombment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery (on Jane St., south of Hwy 7.). If so desired, donations in memory of Franca may be made to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.
