God called Armando peacefully on Friday March 10, 2017 at the age of 88. He will be forever missed by his loving wife, Pia. Cherished by his dear children, Nancy (Emilio Gismondi) and Antonio (Anna). Proud Nonno to Berta (Rob), Rosemary (Piero), Diana, Adrian (Lisa), Anthony, Robert; great grandfather to Luca, Victoria, Joseph, Antonio and Emilie. He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Wednesday March 15, 2016 from 2-4 p.m., and 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday March 16, 2017 at 9:30 a.m., at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church (300 Ansley Grove Rd., north of Chancellor Dr.). Entombment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery (on Jane St., south of Hwy 7). If so desired, donations in memory of Armando may be made to the Princess Margaret Hospital.
