God called Pietro peacefully on February 22, 2017 at the age of 88. He will be forever missed by his loving wife, Maria. Pietro is now reunited in Heaven with his daughter Lidia. Cherished by his dear children, Silvana (Gino Sergio), Albina (Gino Figliomeni), Peter (Doriana), and son in law Cosimo Futia. Proud Nonno to Rosie (Paul Lanni), Tony (Rosanna), Vanessa, Joseph, and Francesca. Adoring great-grandfather to Matteo, Valentina, Sienna, Alessia, and Arianna. He will never be forgotten by his sister Immacolata in Italy. He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Thursday February 23, 2017 from 6-9pm and Friday February 24, 2017 from 2-4 & 6-9pm. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday February 25, 2017 at 9:30 a.m., at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church (300 Ansley Grove Rd., north of Chancellor Dr.). Entombment to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens (on Albion Rd., at Hwy 27).
