God called Flora peacefully on December 31st, 2016 at the age of 87. She is now rejoined in paradise with her loving husband, Pietro. Cherished by her dear children, Fiorenza, Silvana (Nazzareno Cesareo), Diego, Danilo (Alda), Dario and Duilio (Luisa). Proud grandmother to 10 loving and dear grandchildren. Adoring great grandmother to 3 beautiful great grandchildren. She will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Wednesday January 4 2017 from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday January 5, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Clare of Assisi Roman Catholic Church (150 St. Francis Ave., north of Rutherford Rd.). Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (on Yonge St., south of Hwy 7.). If so desired, donations in memory of Flora may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Hill House Hospice.
