God called Carmela on September 26, 2016 at the age of 67. She will be forever missed by her loving husband Benito. Cherished by her dear children, Agostino (Carmela) and Isabella (Ricardo Smith). Proud grandmother to Jacqueline, Victoria, and Alessia. Carmela is survived by her mother Radiconda, and her siblings Nancy and Tony (Lisa). She is now reunited in Heaven with her father Carmine and brother in law Vincenzo Pagliuca. She will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Wednesday September 28, 2016 from 2-4 & 6-9pm. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday September 29, 2016 at 9:30 am at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church (300 Ansley Grove Rd., north of Chancellor Dr.). Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (on Hwy 27., south of Hwy 7). If so desired, donations in memory of Carmela may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Diabetes Association.
