Obituary for Giuseppina Apollinaro
God called Giuseppina peacefully on September 2, 2016 at the age of 92. She is now reunited in Heaven with her loving husband, Antonio. Cherished by her dear children, Frank (Anna) and Maria (Frank Lavorato). Proud grandmother to Anthony, Josie, Peter (Julie), and Marc-Anthony (Maria). Adoring great grandmother to Ava, Marcus and Cristian. Giuseppina will always be remembered by her sister Paola. She will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many friends.
Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Monday September 5, 2016 from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday September 6, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church (100 Bainbridge Ave., at Martin Grove Rd.). Entombment to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens (on Albion Rd. at Hwy 27). If so desired, donations in memory of Giuseppina may be made to the CNIB and Heart & Stoke Foundation.
