God called Antonio peacefully on July 7, 2016 at the age of 86. He will be forever missed by his loving wife, Vittoria. Cherished by his dear children, Andrew (Genevieve), and Rosa (Giuliano Iaboni). Proud grandfather to Paolo, Danny (Tania), Elena (Tyler Smith), Anthony (Erica), and Paola. Adoring great grandfather to Nicole, Jordan, Giulia, Sophia, Vanessa, Luke, and Ethan. Antonio will always be remembered by his brother Gaetano (Anna). He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Sunday July 10, 2016 from 2:00 – 4:00pm and 6:00 – 9:00pm. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday July 11, 2016 at 10:00 a.m., at St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church (191 Wade Gate., off Centre St., east of Dufferin St.). Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (on Yonge St., south of Hwy 7). If so desired, donations in memory of Antonio may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society.
