Obituary for Antonia Mariani
God called Antonia peacefully on Saturday July 2, 2016 at the age of 77. She is now reunited in Heaven with her loving husband, Francesco. Cherished by her dear children, Vince (Rita), Pierina (Luigi), Assunta and Lucia (Robert). Proud Nonna Francesco (Roubina), Christina, Veronica, Linda, Andrea, Daniele, Elena, Nicholas, Steven and Sabrina. Survived by her siblings Maria, Rosino (Susie), Benedetta (Pietro) and Gerardo (Dolores). She will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many friends.
Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Tuesday July 5, 2016 5-9 p.m. and Wednesday July 6, 2016 from 5-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday July 7, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. at St. David’s Roman Catholic Church (2601 Major Mackenzie Drive, east of Jane Street). Entombment to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens (on Albion Road, at Hwy 27). If so desired, donations in memory of Antonia may be made to a charity of your wishes in lieu of flowers.
