God called Biagio peacefully on June 15, 2016 at the age of 90. He will be forever missed by his loving wife, Giovanna. Cherished by his dear children, Pat (Frank Vetro), Frank (Rose), Gino (Deborah), Sandra (Roy Mancini) and Mary (Lino Bravo). Proud grandfather to Rosanne (Jeff), Joanna, Vincent, Amanda, Danielle (Matthew), Nadia, Olivia, Samantha, Jessica, Nicolas, Mathew and Adam. Adoring great-grandfather to Gabriella and Victoria. Biagio will be sadly missed by his loving brother Domenico (Caterina). He will be held dear in the hearts of all his family, relatives, and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Thursday June 16, 2016 from 6-9 p.m., and Friday June 17, 2016 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday June 18, 2016 at 9:00 a.m., at St. David’s Roman Catholic Church (2601 Major Mackenzie Dr., east of Jane St.). Entombment to follow at Westminster Cemetery (on Bathurst St., north of Finch Ave.). If so desired, donations in memory of Biagio may be made to the Parkinson Society Canada or the Alzheimer Society.
