God called Luigi peacefully on May 17, 2016 at the age of 89. He is now reunited in Heaven with his loving wife, Antonietta. Cherished by his dear children, Mary (Angelo Fracassi, predeceased), John (Elisabeth) and Margaret (Tony Addario). Luigi is the proud grandfather of 11, and adoring great-grandfather to 11. He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Thursday May 19, 2016 from 4-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday May 20, 2016 at 11:00 a.m., at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church (11873 The Gore Rd., south of Mayfield Rd.). Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (on Hwy 27, south of Hwy 7). If so desired, donations in memory of Luigi may be made to the Alzheimer Society or the Canadian Cancer Society.
